Develop new backend and frontend features, from design through deployment
Write and maintain automated tests to ensure the quality of changes
Improve platform performance across the application, database, and APIs
Analyze execution plans, monitor performance over time, and prevent regressions
Contribute to the evolution of our development practices, tools, and delivery processes
Help integrate artificial intelligence into our products and internal tools

Requirements

At least two years of web development experience with Django or a comparable web framework
Proficiency in PostgreSQL or another relational database
Experience with unit tests and integration tests
Comfortable working in a codebase with real technical, performance, and maintainability challenges
Judicious use of tools such as Cursor or Codex
Proficient with Git
Good written communication skills in French and English
