• Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle for all open positions, including our current priorities: VP of Sales, Enterprise Director, and multiple Account Executive roles as we scale from 6 to 12 AEs.
• Outbound sourcing: Proactively identify and reach out to passive candidates through LinkedIn, networks, and creative sourcing strategies
• Inbound screening: Review applications, conduct initial phone screens, and qualify candidates against role requirements
• First interviews: Conduct structured first-round interviews to assess fit, capability, and alignment with our culture and growth stage
• Coordination: Manage all scheduling, communication with candidates, and coordination with hiring managers throughout the process
• Offer management: Extend offers, negotiate terms, and close candidates.
