About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide leadership and direction to Case Managers and Supervisors
  • Ensure day-to-day operations align with company and customer guidelines
  • Oversee the assignment of referrals and adherence to Opus Medical guidelines
  • Conduct regular reviews of departmental reports, invoices, and performance metrics
  • Uphold compliance with policies regarding personal health information
  • Manage human resources matters within the department
  • Provide clinical oversight and direction for case management activities
  • Participate in marketing and client support activities as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing required
  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of clinical nursing experience is required
  • A minimum of 3-5 years in case management
  • Supervisory or leadership experiences is preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of case management principles, workers’ compensation, and/or managed care options
  • Proficiency in case management platforms and Microsoft is expected
  • Thorough understanding of HIPAA and all applicable regulations governing personal health information (PHI and IIHI)
