About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the full migration of reports and analytics from legacy systems to modern tools
  • Work with business stakeholders, analysts, and data engineers to understand existing reports and gather requirements
  • Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that help customers make data-driven decisions
  • Use analytics engineering best practices to build and improve data models
  • Ensure data is accurate, complete, and reliable
  • Identify and fix issues with data quality, BI tools, and performance
  • Provide user support and training for BI tools, and create reusable solutions and documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience demonstrating a proven background as a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer or Analytics Engineer
  • Proficient in SQL and experienced with modern BI tools—Power BI and Sigma preferred
  • Demonstrated success in migrating reports and analytics assets between BI platforms.
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data pipelines, and cloud data platforms like Snowflake, including BI tool integration.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate data insights clearly
  • Experience creating documentation, training materials, and providing support to end-users for BI tools and reporting solutions.
  • Experience with Git for managing deployments, version control, and collaborative development workflows
