About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the full migration of reports and analytics from legacy systems to modern tools
Work with business stakeholders, analysts, and data engineers to understand existing reports and gather requirements
Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that help customers make data-driven decisions
Use analytics engineering best practices to build and improve data models
Ensure data is accurate, complete, and reliable
Identify and fix issues with data quality, BI tools, and performance
Provide user support and training for BI tools, and create reusable solutions and documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience demonstrating a proven background as a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer or Analytics Engineer
Proficient in SQL and experienced with modern BI tools—Power BI and Sigma preferred
Demonstrated success in migrating reports and analytics assets between BI platforms.
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data pipelines, and cloud data platforms like Snowflake, including BI tool integration.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving skills
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate data insights clearly
Experience creating documentation, training materials, and providing support to end-users for BI tools and reporting solutions.
Experience with Git for managing deployments, version control, and collaborative development workflows
