About the role

  • Lead a growing team of SDRs
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new hires for success
  • Optimize BDR strategies with marketing efforts for lead flow and pipeline development
  • Coordinate and execute activities that convert into qualified sales opportunities
  • Engage in email/phone/social interaction with prospects to communicate the Optro value proposition
  • Own the optimization of the operational side of the BDR business
  • Report to the VP of Demand Generation

Requirements

  • Previous frontline inbound BDR leadership experience in a SaaS tech industry
  • Ability to shape and implement a world class inbound strategy and processes
  • Monitoring lead processes, metrics, and strategic pipeline management based on marketing channel and scoring
  • Evaluating new technologies and programs to drive superior performance
  • Staying abreast of and coach BDRs on best practices, serving as a mentor for your team
  • Managing the BDRs on objectives and performance achievement
  • Motivate, incentivize, and recognize team members to encourage top performance
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members
  • A demonstrated bias towards action
  • Ownership mentality
  • Solid understanding of marketing funnels, channel performance, and lead scoring/routing methodologies
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with sales engagement platform best practices
  • Experience with SFDC reporting, Outreach, and sales tools is a must
