Create platform capabilities that are adopted broadly across the company and tied directly to product and customer outcomes
Partner closely with AI, Product, Design, and Engineering leaders to ensure platform modernization becomes a business accelerator

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years in software engineering / platform / architecture leadership
Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, or workflow software
Experience leading architecture modernization in a live, scaled product environment
Strong background in distributed systems, APIs, data platforms, and access management
Experience partnering with AI/ML organizations to build AI-ready platform foundations
Track record of building high-performing teams and transforming legacy technical environments.
