Requirements

15+ years in software engineering / platform / architecture leadership
Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, or workflow software
Experience leading architecture modernization in a live, scaled product environment
Strong background in distributed systems, APIs, data platforms, and access management
Experience partnering with AI/ML organizations to build AI-ready platform foundations
Track record of building high-performing teams and transforming legacy technical environments.
