About the role

  • Own our inbound growth strategy, from optimizing for AI-driven discovery to developing community engagement.
  • Lead our video and creative initiatives, and manage campaigns that lead to measurable business outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with our fractional Marketing Director and a team of freelance creative specialists to design and deliver campaigns that connect, convert, and scale.
  • Measure and report performance across all channels, driving iteration and improvement that’s grounded in data.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in growth, digital, or full-stack marketing within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to design, run, and scale marketing experiments that drive significant growth
  • Strong grasp of SEO and paid channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Excellent writing skills – confident producing newsletters, landing page copy, and beyond
  • Analytical and outcome-oriented – you measure your outcomes and habitually base your decisions on data
  • Comfortable managing freelancers and balancing multiple projects at once
  • A relentless curiosity about how AI is reshaping discovery, search, and brand storytelling
  • Based in Vancouver, BC
