About the role
- You will oversee all legal matters.
- Provide advice, particularly on tax law matters.
- Provide advice on corporate law and compliance matters.
- Lead a multi-person team and further develop the structures of the internal departments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the founding partners on all legal issues.
Requirements
- 10+ years' professional experience in a commercial law firm or in the legal department of a company
- Areas of expertise: tax law, corporate law and compliance
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach
- Leadership experience is a plus
