Controller

• The new Controller (m/f/d) is a central partner for the company’s financial management.
• Reports directly to the Head of Finance.
• Organize company-wide controlling processes and methods and ensure their consistent application.
• Advise the CFO and investors on financial matters.
• Prepare robust business and financial assessments of economic scenarios.
• Support the monthly business unit reviews and lead structured financial discussions.
• Contribute your controlling expertise to cross-functional projects.

Vice President

• Identification, screening and in-depth analysis of distressed and special situations credit investments
• Development of robust cash flow, downside and recovery analyses
• Building and maintaining detailed financial and restructuring models
• Preparation of investment memoranda and internal decision materials
• Coordination and execution of financial, legal and commercial due diligence
• Active involvement in transaction structuring and negotiations (documentation, security, covenants)
• Ongoing monitoring and management of portfolio situations, including restructurings and enforcement scenarios
• Direct interaction with company management, insolvency administrators, lenders and external advisors
