Financial Planning and Analysis

• Design, implement and continuously enhance the company's internal compliance framework
• Ensure adherence to applicable legal, regulatory and internal requirements (including WpIG, WpDVerOV, MaComp, MAR, GwG)
• Develop and maintain a risk-based compliance program aligned with the business model
• Prepare and present the annual compliance report to management
• Design, deliver and document internal compliance training initiatives
• Option to expand the framework to include anti-money laundering and data protection
• Serve as a point of contact for management, employees, supervisory authorities and external stakeholders

Compliance Officer – Financial Institutions

• Work on a broad range of debtor- and creditor-side situations, including distressed and special situations
• Financial restructurings and takeovers
• Refinancing and debt capital solutions
• Lead day-to-day workstreams on live mandates and marketing projects
• Develop, review and challenge complex financial models and valuation analyses
• Prepare and present client materials (information memoranda, presentations, pitch books)
• Coordinate due diligence and support negotiations with lenders, sponsors and other stakeholders
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, sponsors and advisors
• Mentor and develop junior team members

German Speaking Associate, Vice President Financial Restructuring

• Design, implement and continuously develop the company’s internal compliance framework
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory and internal requirements (including WpIG, WpDVerOV, MaComp, MAR, GwG)
