About the role
- The new Controller (m/f/d) is a central partner for the company’s financial management.
- Reports directly to the Head of Finance.
- Organize company-wide controlling processes and methods and ensure their consistent application.
- Advise the CFO and investors on financial matters.
- Prepare robust business and financial assessments of economic scenarios.
- Support the monthly business unit reviews and lead structured financial discussions.
- Contribute your controlling expertise to cross-functional projects.
Requirements
- Degree in economics, business administration, finance or a related field
- Several years of experience in controlling/financial controlling
- Experience in software, business services or related industries
- Fluent German and good English
- You independently analyze complex issues, structure findings clearly, and present them so stakeholders can easily follow and make informed decisions
- You are enthusiastic about innovations, new perspectives and continuous improvement, and actively contribute to optimizing processes, control instruments and methods
