A proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with partners and stakeholders
A strategic, solutions-focused mindset with creative thinking skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage your time and territory independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a hands-on, field-based environment
Previous experience in customer service, insurance, or vehicle sales is considered an asset
Familiarity with the Ontario broker market
Experience delivering product training in person or virtually
Background in insurance, automotive finance, or specialty products
Understanding of competitive landscape and market dynamics in BC
Active General Level 1 Insurance License already in hand
