About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work closely alongside the Technical Integrations Manager to analyze applications, workflows, and cross-system dependencies.
Partner with the Delivery Operations Analyst to ensure work items are complete, accurate, and ready for execution.
Create documentation when it doesn’t exist and clarify system behaviour.
Manage the analytical capability that sits between business operations and technical delivery teams.
Ensure clear system documentation and accurate requirements are met for a growing application landscape.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in systems analysis, business systems analysis, or application support analysis in a business or technology environment.
Demonstrated ability to document requirements, workflows, process maps, and system behaviour in a way that is clear, complete, and usable by both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience reverse engineering existing system logic, configurations, and business rules where formal documentation is absent or incomplete.
Experience working across multiple applications and cross-functional teams to analyze impacts, clarify issues, and support delivery.
Hands-on experience with work management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or a comparable platform.
Strong analytical thinking: you identify root causes, distinguish symptoms from sources, and ask productive follow-up questions before drawing conclusions.
Clear written communication in both technical and plain-language contexts.
