About the role
- Develop a deep understanding of equity compensation and guide clients in managing their programs.
- Support client onboarding and provide ongoing assistance to ensure they maximize our platform’s value.
- Analyze financial data, monitor results, and enhance processes for improved efficiency.
- Collaborate across teams to shape our product and refine the customer journey.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their long-term success with Optio.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business or similar.
- Are recent graduates or early in their career, ideally within the world of Finance.
- Have an interest in finance, business, or customer success, and ready to take on meaningful responsibility.
- Data analytical mindset, allowing data to drive your decision making.
- Strong skills in tools such as Excel.
- Excel in a team environment but can also work independently when required.
- Are fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Have a tech-savvy mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude.
