About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage AI-powered client engagements, including AI Accelerator, Published Monthly, PM Lite, and other AI Visibility services, from onboarding through reporting.
- Serve as the primary client contact, leading kickoff meetings, status calls, and ongoing communication.
- Prepare AI visibility reports, presentations, and performance updates.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional teams using Monday.com.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve workflow issues.
- Execute AI visibility campaigns and track AI citation performance.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, documentation, and operational processes.
- Maintain SOPs, knowledge bases, and internal documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and client experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, client success, account management, marketing operations, or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana, or similar.
- Comfortable adopting and utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.
