Account Executive

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Run booked sales calls from our paid campaigns, diagnose the prospect's problem fast, build trust, and close in one to two calls.
- Treat every lead as paid inventory: push warm conversations to a clear yes or no.
- Manage a high volume of live conversations and follow-ups at once without letting anything drop.
- Feed the loop: surface objection patterns and lead-quality signals back to RevOps and paid acquisition so we keep sharpening the funnel.
- Run discovery calls and demos for our current and upcoming productized services.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years closing as an Account Executive, ideally in a high-volume inbound or high-ticket motion (agency, digital marketing, SaaS, coaching, or info-product).
- Experience selling digital marketing, SEO, content, or martech services.
- You can hold a credible, consultative conversation with founders, CMOs, and VPs of Marketing without getting caught out on the fundamentals.
- A track record of closing fast in short cycles, comfortable carrying multiple live deals a day rather than nurturing a handful over months.
- Strong, unscripted discovery and objection handling: you can move a prospect from "let me think about it" to a decision on the call.
- Highly organized and self-directed. You run your own day at volume with minimal hand-holding.
- Comfortable owning the economic buyer directly (often a founder or owner) and earning their trust in a single conversation.
- Hands-on with Salesforce a strong plus; comfort with an AI-powered sales stack expected.
- Experience selling to CMO, VP of Marketing and Founders is a plus.
- Bonus: familiarity with AI search, generative engine optimization (GEO), or how brands earn visibility in tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI overviews.
