About the role
- Lead social strategy and execution across multiple client accounts, owning strategy through execution
- Lead client calls and presentations, translating platform performance into clear, actionable insights
- Act as a trusted advisor identifying opportunities, risks, and innovative approaches
- Collaborate with PR, design, content, influencer, and paid teams to ensure integrated strategies
- Monitor platform trends and provide guidance during time-sensitive or crisis moments
- Ensure brand safety, cultural awareness, and manage reputational risk
- Develop and execute strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, X, Facebook and all content formats
- Create and edit short-form videos and social visuals in-house using tools such as Canva and Figma
- Build dashboards and translate analytics into actionable recommendations for growth and engagement
- Utilize social scheduling and analytics platforms and embrace AI-powered tools to enhance ideation and workflows
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in social media strategy and execution (agency or in-house)
- Proven success managing multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously
- Strong client-facing communication skills with ability to present insights clearly
- Deep knowledge of platform algorithms, content formats, and amplification strategies
- Proficiency in Canva, Figma, and short-form video editing for in-house content creation
- Experience with social tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, Later, capcut) and scheduling tools
- Experience with analytics dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Comfort with AI tools and openness to adopting new technologies
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive under deadlines
- Cross-functional leadership and collaboration experience (PR, content, design, influencer, paid teams)
