About the role
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies focused on maximizing ROI and driving conversions.
- Manage and optimize substantial monthly advertising budgets to ensure financial efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
- Perform thorough data analysis to track campaign performance and generate detailed reports that inform strategic adjustments.
- Work closely with Account Managers and the SEO team to align marketing efforts and ensure cohesive client results.
- Run and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, social platforms, and programmatic channels.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in running performance marketing campaigns, particularly with Google Ads.
- Proven track record in managing substantial monthly ad budgets.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with advertising on platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Experience with Programmatic ads.
- Based in Turkey (role is for candidates based in Turkey).
