About the role
- Own outbound pipeline generation — identify, target, and engage high-potential prospects across industries.
- Run a structured multi-touch outreach strategy using email, LinkedIn, phone, video, and AI-driven tools.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers — from Directors to VPs and C-suite.
- Conduct high-impact discovery calls to qualify needs, challenges, and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, identify new verticals, and test new outbound campaigns.
Requirements
- 4+ years in a BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales role in a performance-driven sales organization.
- Strong experience in outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and early-stage opportunity creation.
- Skilled in conducting discovery calls and navigating complex sales conversations.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding outbound KPIs in competitive environments.
- Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seamless.ai, and other AI prospecting tools.
