About the role
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Review resumes and applications to determine candidate suitability
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess qualifications and fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Perform reference checks and background screenings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role within the Staffing and Recruiting industry
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Experience with diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies is a plus
