About the role
- Quickly learn the client’s business and determine the specific project needs for effective and timely execution
- Effectively manage a variety of tasks while delivering accurate, complete, and high-quality work to our clients
- Exhibit the flexibility and professionalism to work in a variety of client-related settings, including interfacing with client staff through C-level executives
- Develop creative solutions to difficult problems and facilitate the implementation of those recommendations
- Assist the team with prioritization and issue and risk mitigation
- Generate consulting, solution-based deliverables based on analysis and data gathered from the client
- Interact with business stakeholders and clients to document business processes, synthesizing differing answers to questions, and read between the lines with respect to stakeholder input
- Support financial management of the consulting project
- Develop an understanding of Optimity Advisors’ service offerings, tools, and techniques to identify follow-up opportunities for future projects
- Mentor and train junior staff to understand client expectations and deliver accordingly
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, from an accredited university or college, in Healthcare, Business, or another closely related field
- 2 – 3 years of experience in management consulting for healthcare payor or managed care clients
- Authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis
