About the role

  • Campaign management: design, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns.
  • Performance focus: monitor KPIs (ROAS, CPO, leads) and continuously optimize bidding strategies and ad copy.
  • Strategy & setup: structured setup of new accounts, keyword research, and development of tailored SEA strategies.
  • Analysis & reporting: use Google Analytics and Google Ads Editor to create reports.
  • Client consulting: serve as primary contact for client accounts, advise on trends, and ensure optimal results.

Requirements

  • Proven professional experience in SEA (ideally agency experience).
  • Experience managing significant budgets.
  • Strong digital orientation.
  • Excellent understanding of web analytics.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads Editor and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Excellent written and spoken German.
