Sales Representative
OptiMantraDemo Specialist responsible for engaging product demonstrations to showcase OptiMantra's capabilities. Collaborating with teams to tailor solutions to prospective clients' unique needs.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations for prospective clients, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of OptiMantra’s platform
- Understand client needs and tailor demos to highlight relevant features that align with their practice workflows
- Collaborate with the sales, onboarding, and support teams to support customer acquisition efforts, including pre-demo preparation and follow-ups
- Maintain a strong understanding of the platform’s features and enhancements to ensure accurate and effective presentations
- Gather feedback from prospects and relay insights to the product and development teams for continuous improvement
- Assist in creating demo scripts, videos, and other educational materials to enhance the client experience
- Keep CRM systems up to date with comprehensive notes on interactions and progress
- Provide light technical assistance and troubleshooting during demos as needed
- Manage your schedule including handling a steady volume of demos and being on video calls for the majority of the day
Requirements
What you’ll need- Passion for educating and engaging prospective customers through software demonstrations
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
- Ability to tailor demos to various audiences, from solo practitioners to multi-provider clinics, from varying specialties
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and adapt to different client needs
- Comfort with technology, including scheduling tools, databases, and CRM software
- Prior experience with EMR/practice management platforms, healthcare technology, or working in a clinical or wellness setting is a plus
- A customer-centric mindset with a focus on problem-solving and adaptability
