About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all of Cerbo OptiMantra's existing and prospective partner relationships
  • Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with key partner stakeholders, ensuring ongoing alignment, satisfaction, and mutual value creation
  • Develop and manage a structured partner engagement cadence — including business reviews, escalation paths, and joint planning sessions
  • Identify, prospect, and close net-new strategic, technology, and channel partnerships that align with Cerbo OptiMantra's product vision and growth strategy
  • Clearly articulate Cerbo OptiMantra's value proposition and the strategic rationale for partnership to prospective partners, executives, and internal stakeholders
  • Own the full partnership lifecycle from initial outreach and evaluation through negotiation, contracting, and activation
  • Drive and grow partnership-sourced revenue through co-selling arrangements, referral programs, and joint packaging opportunities
  • Own the design, launch, and ongoing optimization of Cerbo OptiMantra's partner referral program
  • Define and track revenue KPIs for the partnerships function, reporting regularly to the CPO and executive leadership on pipeline and performance
  • Act as the internal advocate for partners, triaging issues and coordinating with Product and Engineering teams to resolve integration challenges and technical escalations
  • Serve as a knowledgeable bridge between partners and internal technical teams — able to engage credibly on APIs, integrations, and platform capabilities at a conceptual level
  • Contribute to integration roadmap prioritization by surfacing partner needs and market signals to the Product team
  • Serve as a key input to Cerbo OptiMantra's M&A evaluation process, bringing market knowledge and partner intelligence to inform build/buy/partner decisions
  • Assess the competitive and partnership landscape to identify strategic gaps and opportunities for inorganic growth or deep integration
  • Partner closely with the CPO and executive team on long-term strategic planning, contributing a partnerships lens to product and company direction
  • Lead and mentor junior partnerships team members as the function grows — fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and high performance
  • Help define the structure, processes, and tooling needed to scale the partnerships organization over time
  • Model the values and behaviors of a world-class partnerships function, even before a formal team is in place

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a closely related strategic role
  • Demonstrated experience within the healthcare technology sector, with a strong understanding of the ecosystem, key players, and regulatory environment

  • Ability to clearly communicate Cerbo OptiMantra's value proposition and the strategic rationale for partnership to a wide range of audiences
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority across Product, Engineering, Sales, and executive teams
  • Experience with or exposure to M&A processes, strategic assessments, or build/buy/partner frameworks
  • High comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments — a self-starter who can build structure independently
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation and negotiation ability
  • Moderate technical acumen — comfortable engaging on APIs, integrations, and platform architecture at a conceptual level
  • Demonstrated ability or aspiration to lead and mentor junior team members as the partnerships function scales
