About the role

  • Frontend Architecture & Development: Design, build, and scale performant, accessible, and maintainable frontend systems using modern frameworks (React, TypeScript). Own key UI architecture decisions, including state management, component design, and application structure.
  • Design Systems & UX Excellence: Lead the development and evolution of reusable component libraries and design systems that ensure consistency and scalability across the platform. Collaborate closely with design to deliver polished, user-centric interfaces.
  • Performance & Quality: Optimize application performance, load times, and responsiveness. Establish best practices around testing, observability, and frontend reliability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless, end-to-end features. Translate complex domain requirements into intuitive UI/UX solutions.

Requirements

  • Educated: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experienced
  • Senior level expertise in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems
  • Proven experience building and scaling complex, production-grade web applications (SPAs)
  • Deep understanding of frontend architecture, including state management, performance optimization, and component design patterns
  • Experience integrating with APIs and distributed backend systems
  • Familiarity with modern frontend tooling, testing frameworks, and CI/CD workflows
  • Experience collaborating with design teams using Figma, including interpreting design specs and contributing to design systems.
  • Nice to Have (Bonus Points)
  • Experience mentoring engineers, driving technical decisions, and frontend excellence across teams.
  • Experience building or maintaining design systems or component libraries
  • Familiarity with data-heavy or real-time UIs (e.g., dashboards, operational tools)
  • Experience working with event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka)
  • Background in logistics, transportation systems, or other complex operational domains.
