Frontend Architecture & Development: Design, build, and scale performant, accessible, and maintainable frontend systems using modern frameworks (React, TypeScript). Own key UI architecture decisions, including state management, component design, and application structure.
Design Systems & UX Excellence: Lead the development and evolution of reusable component libraries and design systems that ensure consistency and scalability across the platform. Collaborate closely with design to deliver polished, user-centric interfaces.
Performance & Quality: Optimize application performance, load times, and responsiveness. Establish best practices around testing, observability, and frontend reliability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless, end-to-end features. Translate complex domain requirements into intuitive UI/UX solutions.

Requirements

Educated: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
Experienced
Senior level expertise in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems
Proven experience building and scaling complex, production-grade web applications (SPAs)
Deep understanding of frontend architecture, including state management, performance optimization, and component design patterns
Experience integrating with APIs and distributed backend systems
Familiarity with modern frontend tooling, testing frameworks, and CI/CD workflows
Experience collaborating with design teams using Figma, including interpreting design specs and contributing to design systems.
Nice to Have (Bonus Points)
Experience mentoring engineers, driving technical decisions, and frontend excellence across teams.
Experience building or maintaining design systems or component libraries
Familiarity with data-heavy or real-time UIs (e.g., dashboards, operational tools)
Experience working with event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka)
Background in logistics, transportation systems, or other complex operational domains.
