Financial Planning and Analysis

• Digital accounting: You will take responsibility for day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable in our ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Payments & closings: You will manage the weekly payment runs and actively support monthly and annual financial closings in accordance with German GAAP (HGB).
• Invoice review (team): Together with our Finance Manager, you will be responsible for operational invoice verification.
• Process optimization: You will help refine existing workflows and ensure the quality of our data for reporting purposes.
• Team & collaboration: You will be part of our three-person Finance team (together with our Head of Finance and our Finance Manager).
