- Achieve monthly and quarterly performance objectives

- Structuring, developing, and managing a sales pipeline within Hubspot from prospecting to closing new business
- Virtual sales presentations and demos via video conferencing
- Host screen share meetings with clients, 80% of the time Face-to-face meetings with clients, 20% of the time
- Managing prospects and a sales pipeline
- Communicate well with the team
- Relationship and rapport building
- Ability to close sales
- Light travel required
Requirements
- 2-5 years inside sales experience required with agency experience
- Must be experienced selling digital marketing (Websites, SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.)and Mass Media (Radio, TV, Billboards, etc)
- Experience selling solutions over the phone and in-person
- Experience with travel and working remotely
- B2B sales experience required
- Track record of exceeding sales goals and quotas
- Willingness and desire to constantly improve professionally
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of communication channel operations (phone, email, and live chat systems)
- Proficiency with Excel and Word
- Practical skill level with CRM software
- Extremely curious, competitive, ambitious, outgoing and persistent
- Experience working and succeeding in a quota, goal-driven environment
- Easily builds rapport and establishes relationships with clients
- Listens patiently, consultative-ly; will probe and clarify to get a real sense of client’s needs
- Goes over, under, around and through obstacles to achieve success
