• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of complex and niche roles
• Partner with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
• Provide a high-touch candidate experience
• Continuously improve recruiting practices, tools, and workflows, using data to inform decisions
• Uphold and elevate the talent bar across all roles
• Source candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms to build a strong top-of-funnel pipeline
• Screen resumes and conduct video screens to assess fit, experience, and communication
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across time zones using Ashby
• Maintain clear candidate records and pipeline tracking in Excel/Google Sheets and our ATS
• Help optimize recruiting workflows and the candidate experience
• Communicate with clarity and professionalism to both candidates and internal stakeholders
• Provide ad hoc support for recruiting operations as needed
