Business Intelligence Developer

• Design, develop and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards, reports and apps that clearly communicate business performance and insights across multiple stakeholder groups
• Develop and optimise semantic data models using DAX and Power Query to ensure consistency, scalability and performance across the reporting environment
• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive and meaningful visualisations that support informed decision making for senior leaders and operational teams
• Implement and enforce Power BI governance standards, including workspace design, dataset certification, security controls and performance best practice
• Collaborate closely with business leaders and technology teams to support strategic initiatives, improve data literacy and continuously enhance reporting solutions
