About the role
- Coordinate and manage reconciliation of MFS services across company territories ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Oversee invoicing process for MFS services, ensuring timely and accurate billing to clients and partners
- Ensure compliance with financial services regulations across serviced territories and assess regulatory changes
- Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, operations) and external stakeholders (clients, partners, auditors)
- Prepare and present financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) to the MFS Finance Director and senior management
- Identify and mitigate financial risks related to MFS operations and implement internal controls
- Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting for the MFS department and provide variance analysis
- Monitor liquidity levels to ensure the company can meet financial obligations
- Maintain thorough and organized documentation of all financial activities and decisions related to MFS services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management (preferably within financial services)
- Experience with mobile financial services is a plus
- Strong knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
