About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Documenting the day-to-day build of the agency — meetings, planning, execution, travel, wins, losses, and momentum as it happens
- Capturing long-form YouTube content used for top-of-funnel lead acquisition
- Filming short-form supporting content with continuity and story in mind
- Operating independently in fast-moving, real-world environments without constant direction
- Reviewing long-form and short-form edits and working with the editing team to ensure final content accurately reflects what was captured
- Flagging missing context, sequencing issues, or story gaps before content is published
- Transitioning after the initial months into a third phase focused on personal brand documentation and international travel projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of real-world videography experience (non-studio, non-scripted environments)
- Strong instincts for storytelling, context, and capturing moments that matter
- Comfort filming both structured content and unpredictable execution
- A genuine interest in content, storytelling, and building a content engine across short-form and long-form
- Experience collaborating with editors and reviewing content output
- Comfortable with regular travel and long, variable days when required
- Highly reliable, self-directed, and disciplined — no hand-holding required
- Comfortable using tools like Google Drive, ClickUp, and basic content workflows
