Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of SEO-focused content writing (agency or multi-client experience strongly preferred)
Proven ability to write service-based content that ranks locally and drives leads
Strong understanding of local SEO fundamentals: search intent, keyword targeting, metadata, internal linking, and structured silos
Editorial skillset: able to review and improve other writers’ work for clarity, flow, and optimization
Comfortable working within defined briefs and SOPs — but confident enough to improve them
Familiarity with SEO tools like SurferSEO, SEMrush, Clearscope, Ahrefs, or equivalent
Experience with WordPress and Google Workspace
Clear communicator who can collaborate across SEO specialists, AMs, and content managers
