About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support service delivery by covering patient care needs across multiple locations
- Deliver treatments in home or community settings
- Maintain full compliance with company policies and procedures
- Complete electronic nursing records accurately and in a timely manner
- Report adverse events, product complaints and clinical incidents as per policy
- Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Work independently while contributing to a wider team
- Show flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and locations
- Maintain high standards of time management and clinical judgement
- Travel to patient locations as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active An Bord Altranais nursing registration
- 2-3 years post-registration experience in acute or community settings
- Strong experience in cannulation and phlebotomy
- Interest in community-based nursing
- Full clean driver’s licence and access to own car (essential)
- Willingness to travel across assigned regions
- Basic IT skills
