About the role
- Audit, clean, and maintain Salesforce data across accounts, contacts, and opportunities
- Identify and eliminate duplicate records and data inconsistencies
- Standardize CRM fields, naming conventions, and pipeline structures
- Support post-merger CRM consolidation and cleanup initiatives
- Create and configure Salesforce objects, custom fields, and workflows
- Implement ICP segmentation and customer structure frameworks
- Improve pipeline hygiene and reporting for sales leadership
- Optimize CRM processes to ensure data accuracy and usability
- Partner with the GTM Operations Lead to execute operational strategies
- Support revenue forecasting, planning, and performance reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards and operational metrics
- Continuously improve CRM workflows to support revenue accuracy
- Document CRM processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Enforce consistent CRM usage across sales teams
- Assist with ad-hoc RevOps and sales operations initiatives
Requirements
- Deep technical expertise in Salesforce (reporting, objects, workflows, data hygiene) — must-have
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets
- Experience following structured processes and documenting workflows
- Experience in Revenue Operations or GTM Operations (preferred)
- Background supporting sales teams in high-growth startups (preferred)
- Exposure to CRM migrations or post-merger integrations (preferred)
- Basic automation or workflow tools experience (such as Zapier or Clay) (preferred)
