About the role
- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and validation rules
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks
- Participate in requirements gathering and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Ensure best practices for security, scalability, and data integrity
- Perform unit testing and support UAT and deployment activities
- Maintain documentation for technical designs and system configurations
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Specialist
- Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning (Aura/LWC)
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
- Understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules
- Experience with integrations and APIs
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
