Coach

• Responsible for assessing projects, assignments and support individuals working towards an apprenticeship qualification.
• Deliver remote learner sessions and 1:1 review to support working towards and preparing for End Point Assessment.
• Ensure learners achieve and that a high quality of evidence is obtained.
• Deliver 1:1 coaching sessions once per month (some delivery models may differ) with learners to support their progression against the knowledge, skills and behaviours within their programme.
• Set targets with your learners, create action plans and where possible stretch and challenge them to exceed expectations.
• Responsibility for the success of the learner at EPA is critical.
