About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, support & motivate Brand Ambassadors on‑site.
- Provide real‑time coaching and ensure target delivery.
- Maintain professionalism, safety, and energy during missions.
- Build weekly field schedules & staffing plans.
- Identify high‑traffic areas across New Haven (malls, transit hubs, campuses, downtown areas).
- Coordinate with warehouse & logistics team.
- Track KPIs through Google Sheets/Excel.
- Evaluate daily conversion performance and adapt strategy fast.
- Manage flyers, uniforms & campaign stock.
- Ensure accurate usage reporting and timely restocking.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years in sales, operations, retail leadership, field management, logistics, or hospitality supervision
- Must have lived in Boston 4+ years & understand local crowds/traffic
- Own vehicle required
- Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
- Laptop + phone required
- English required
- Energetic, organized, adaptable leader.
