About the role

  • The successful candidate will contribute across core areas of our product ecosystem, including the flyer builder, campaign creation flows, optimisation tools, and integrations that accelerate our go-to-market efforts.
  • They will partner closely with engineering, design, data, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to translate business needs into clear product outcomes.
  • They will also engage directly with our ICP1 and 2 users to understand their experience, validate assumptions, and prioritise development work.
  • Their output will directly shape how marketers run campaigns and measure performance.
  • In addition, they will leverage the latest AI tools to prototype new feature concepts and present them to the team as part of the product discovery process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management in fast-paced startups within cross-functional teams (squads).
  • 1–2 years of experience using AI coding or prototyping tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Replit, Codex, or similar).
  • Experience managing products through full life cycles, from discovery to launch.
  • Strong problem-solving and conceptual-thinking skills.
  • Great experience in Atlassian software suite, confluence, Jira, product discovery and more.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset (ie: SQL) is a plus.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous concepts into clear and actionable plans.
  • Strong UX/UI understanding and ability to shape intuitive user experiences.
