Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
12+ years of progressive experience in analytics, product strategy, or related fields, with significant leadership responsibility.
Proven experience building and leading analytics teams, including managers and senior analysts.
Deep expertise in data analysis, experimentation, and business strategy, with mastery of SQL and proficiency in modern analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, Tableau, Looker).
Exceptional communication and executive presence, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across functions.
Demonstrated success in applying analytics to shape product strategy at scale, preferably in financial services, fintech, or consumer technology.
