About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in documenting integration requirements for US platforms
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to define API requirements
- Support testing and validation of integration workflows
- Help create onboarding materials for US platform partners
- Support the product team in improving partner management processes for APAC markets
- Collaborate with regional teams to document specific market requirements
- Assist in creating standardized partner support materials
- Help identify and document compliance considerations for different markets
- Gain exposure to merchant dashboard capabilities focused on partner management
- Assist in improving feature specifications and requirements documentation
- Support user acceptance testing for new partner management features
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather feedback on partner experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical and communication skills with an interest in fintech and partnerships
- Basic understanding of APIs and integration concepts is a plus
- Excellent documentation abilities and attention to detail
- Enthusiasm to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, product-driven team
