About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in documenting integration requirements for US platforms
Work closely with product managers and engineers to define API requirements
Support testing and validation of integration workflows
Help create onboarding materials for US platform partners
Support the product team in improving partner management processes for APAC markets
Collaborate with regional teams to document specific market requirements
Assist in creating standardized partner support materials
Help identify and document compliance considerations for different markets
Gain exposure to merchant dashboard capabilities focused on partner management
Assist in improving feature specifications and requirements documentation
Support user acceptance testing for new partner management features
Work with cross-functional teams to gather feedback on partner experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong analytical and communication skills with an interest in fintech and partnerships
Basic understanding of APIs and integration concepts is a plus
Excellent documentation abilities and attention to detail
Enthusiasm to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, product-driven team
