About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage general administrative tasks including documentation, record keeping, and internal coordination.
  • Support scheduling of meetings, company activities, and internal communications.
  • Maintain organized operational records and internal documentation.
  • Assist with procurement and coordination with office vendors and service providers.
  • Submit internal tickets and coordinate required documentation for sales-related processes.
  • Prepare and process supporting documents required for sales activities, proposals, and internal approvals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Delivery) to ensure completeness of sales documentation.
  • Assist in processing and tracking monthly invoicing related to client projects or services.
  • Maintain records of submitted documents, invoices, and sales-related administrative tasks.
  • Follow up internally to ensure timely completion of documentation and billing processes.
  • Track marketing initiatives such as events, campaigns, and lead generation activities.
  • Monitor key marketing metrics including leads generated, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
  • Maintain marketing contact databases and assist with lead tracking.
  • Prepare basic analytics and reports to support marketing performance evaluation.
  • Consolidate business data from Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to support business performance monitoring.
  • Identify trends or insights that may support decision-making and business development initiatives.
  • Support tracking of internal project activities, particularly for non-project-managed initiatives.
  • Monitor task progress and timelines for internal workstreams that do not have dedicated project managers.
  • Assist in coordinating communication between business teams, delivery teams, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain simple project tracking tools or documentation to ensure visibility of progress and responsibilities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative, operations, business support, or coordination roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and presentation tools
  • Nice to Have: Experience supporting sales teams or marketing initiatives
  • Basic understanding of project coordination or task tracking
  • Experience working with vendors or outsourced resources
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello)
