About the role
- Support your team in maintaining and updating the product roadmap for your assigned domain.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and gather user insights to inform product decisions.
- Contribute to documentation, competitive analysis, and requirement definition.
- Advocate for user needs and business outcomes during discovery discussions.
- Assist in managing the product backlog by writing, refining, and prioritizing user stories with guidance.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives).
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, and design for clarity and quality.
- Help define acceptance criteria and validate outcomes against expectations.
- Coordinate release activities, ensuring alignment across engineering, QA, and operations teams.
- Support incident triage or issue resolution.
Requirements
- 1+ years in product management, business analysis, or related role (fintech, payments, or SaaS a plus)
- Strong curiosity about payments, platforms, or user experience
- Analytical and detail-oriented problem solver
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Fluent in English and Thai
- Foundational understanding of agile and product development methodologies is a plus
- Experience with or exposure to APIs, SDKs, plug-ins, or microservice architectures is a plus
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Figma, Postman, SQL, or BI platforms is helpful
