About the role

  • Provide ongoing operational support to platform users, ensuring routine tasks are completed, the database is organized, and assisting with the implementation of campaigns and workflows designed by technical leadership.
  • User Support: Resolve operational questions from sales and marketing teams (e.g., "How do I create this filter?", "Why didn't this deal move in the pipeline?").
  • Data Management: Import lists, manually update properties, and identify duplicate or incomplete records.
  • Asset Execution: Configure marketing emails, create simple landing pages and forms within the tool, following established standards.
  • Basic Monitoring: Verify that automations are running without errors and report anomalies to the Senior Specialist.
  • Documentation: Keep internal CRM user manuals up to date.

Requirements

  • ✅ Basic knowledge of the HubSpot interface (even if acquired academically or through HubSpot Academy courses).
  • ✅ Organized and detail-oriented (essential for handling data).
  • ✅ Strong communication skills for internal support.
  • ✅ Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets (for preparing import spreadsheets).
  • ✅ Willingness to learn about Inbound Marketing and Sales Ops.
