Project Manager

• Own the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects and market launches across the company
• Establish and maintain PMO frameworks, tools, and reporting standards to improve execution discipline
• Translate strategic objectives into structured project plans with clear milestones, owners, and success metrics
• Drive alignment and accountability across cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
• Anticipate risks, dependencies, and blockers, and implement mitigation strategies proactively
• Deliver high-quality communication materials (status updates, executive reports, steering committee packs)
• Support leadership in prioritisation and resource planning for company-wide initiatives
• Promote a culture of structured execution and continuous improvement across teams
• Assist leadership team with data collection, analysis, and preparation of internal reporting or board materials
• Contribute to identifying business priorities based on internal bottlenecks, team feedback, or data insights
