About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop features across the stack using Angular and NodeJS, deployed on Microsoft Azure
Collaborate with product management, design, and engineering teams to find technical solutions for customer challenges
Ensure long-term sustainability and maintainability of the codebase through development practices, architecture decisions, and code reviews
Use AI coding agents for scaffolding, refactoring, test generation, and code review while evaluating and owning output quality
Help shape adoption and integration of agentic development tooling into engineering practices and the CI/CD pipeline
Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring junior team members
Participate in product discovery and help shape software aligned with user needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least five years of professional software development experience
Solid understanding of core computer science fundamentals and systems thinking
Track record of making sound technical and architectural decisions
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, especially Angular and/or Node.js
Ability to quickly get up to speed with new technologies and tools
Hands-on experience using AI coding agents in a professional setting
Proven ability to work closely with Product teams to shape and deliver impactful customer experiences
Confident English communication, written and spoken
Ability and willingness to occasionally join the team at the JustRocket community house in Cluj or at the office in Frankfurt
German is a plus
