About the role

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand users' pain points, contexts, and behaviors.
  • Involve users and stakeholders in the discovery process and definition of features.
  • Map journeys, flows, and information architecture with a focus on simplicity and efficiency.
  • Define features based on the root cause of user pain, not merely on requests or opinions.
  • Create wireframes and functional prototypes (low and medium fidelity) for rapid validation.
  • Validate hypotheses early and frequently to avoid misalignment and rework.
  • Support roadmap prioritization using data, research learnings, and usage insights.
  • Work closely with the business team and alongside development to ensure feasible and well-implemented solutions.
  • Use metrics, feedback, and usage data to continuously evolve the product.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in UX Research and continuous validation.
  • Ability to translate research into product decisions and features.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Miro, or similar (with emphasis on structure over aesthetics).
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product teams.
  • Familiarity with product metrics and impact tracking.
