About the role
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand users' pain points, contexts, and behaviors.
- Involve users and stakeholders in the discovery process and definition of features.
- Map journeys, flows, and information architecture with a focus on simplicity and efficiency.
- Define features based on the root cause of user pain, not merely on requests or opinions.
- Create wireframes and functional prototypes (low and medium fidelity) for rapid validation.
- Validate hypotheses early and frequently to avoid misalignment and rework.
- Support roadmap prioritization using data, research learnings, and usage insights.
- Work closely with the business team and alongside development to ensure feasible and well-implemented solutions.
- Use metrics, feedback, and usage data to continuously evolve the product.
Requirements
- Strong experience in UX Research and continuous validation.
- Ability to translate research into product decisions and features.
- Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Miro, or similar (with emphasis on structure over aesthetics).
- Experience with agile methodologies and product teams.
- Familiarity with product metrics and impact tracking.
