About the role

  • Develop and execute strategic content plans for our social media channels (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), aligned with business objectives and marketing campaigns.
  • Create and adapt creative, engaging content across various formats (posts, short-form videos, stories, carousels), including production, scripting, and video capture.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content, ensuring consistency and posting cadence, and manage the editorial calendar.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, audience growth, traffic, conversions), producing reports with insights to optimize strategies.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments and direct messages strategically to strengthen relationships and brand image.
  • Stay up to date with key trends, new formats, and platform features, proposing and testing new ideas to keep our channels relevant and innovative.
  • Collaborate with Design, Content, and Performance teams to ensure campaign cohesion and alignment with the brand's visual identity.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing social media for companies or agencies;
  • Analytical ability to interpret metrics and turn data into actionable insights;
  • Strong creative writing skills and the ability to adapt tone and language by platform;
  • Proficiency with major social platforms and digital channels: Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and others;
  • Self-motivated and organized, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines;
  • Experience with audiovisual production and video capture;
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields (preferred);
  • Familiarity with using Artificial Intelligence tools to increase productivity;
  • Basic knowledge of paid traffic/paid social advertising (preferred);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
