About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Source and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, referrals, and other online channels.
- Support Talent Acquisition Partners in building talent pipelines and identifying candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Assist with employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to strengthen Opera's presence in the talent market.
- Conduct talent market research and provide insights that support sourcing strategies and hiring decisions.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including candidate communication, interview scheduling, and recruitment process administration.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Available to work at least 20 hours per week.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, sourcing, and employer branding.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
