About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support end-to-end recruitment processes for international hiring projects across technical and non-technical functions.
Source and engage candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent communities.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external recruitment partners.
Contribute to recruitment process improvements, talent pipeline development, and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or a related field.
Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment processes, preferably in an international environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering a great candidate experience.
