• Join our team in the design, development, and architecture of a unified ML platform, ensuring seamless integration across several specialized tools for computer vision model evaluation

Machine Learning Engineer

• Guide the design, development, and deployment of scalable, robust, and efficient object detection systems, from data annotation and model training to inference serving and monitoring.
• Develop and implement comprehensive monitoring frameworks to track object detection model performance, identify accuracy degradation and inference bottlenecks, and ensure optimal performance in production environments.
• Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Computer Vision Researchers, Infrastructure teams, and clients to translate complex detection requirements into robust and impactful ML solutions.
• Optimize object detection pipelines for accuracy, speed, and resource efficiency across diverse deployment scenarios (cloud, edge, specialized hardware).
• Mentor and support other engineers on the team, fostering their professional growth and promoting a culture of technical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
• Maintain clear and thorough documentation to support knowledge sharing and future development.
• Design scalable model serving solutions for both custom-trained detection models and foundation vision models.

Senior Machine Learning Engineer – Computer Vision

Infrastructure Engineer

• Significantly contribute to the evolution of Nebari (https://nebari.dev) and design reusable, modular infrastructure components that can be composed into bespoke Kubernetes-based platforms for sovereign AI deployments
• Develop composable MLOps components and infrastructure patterns supporting model training, serving, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines that organizations can own and operate
• Design and implement observability, monitoring, and cost optimization strategies for large-scale AI/ML workloads on client-owned Kubernetes infrastructure
• Collaborate with ML engineers to optimize infrastructure for training ML models, quantizing and packaging open weight LLMs, computer vision workloads, and other AI applications in sovereign environments
• Contribute to open-source MLOps tooling and Kubernetes ecosystem projects that enable data sovereignty
• Work with clients to deploy, configure, and optimize their sovereign AI infrastructure
• Collaborate with a fully remote distributed team using asynchronous communication methods

Senior Infrastructure Engineer – AI/ML

Solutions Engineer

• Lead ideation, design, and implementation of complex, large-scale open-source AI solutions
• Translate business requirements into technical architectures and ensure successful project delivery
• Lead end-to-end architectural design and technical strategy, including data pipelines, model training, deployment, MLOps, security, and integration patterns
• Serve as primary technical point of contact for clients; present technical solutions and support pre-sales activities
• Provide technical advisory on open-source AI frameworks, libraries, and platforms (e.g., PyTorch, JAX, Kubeflow, Ray, MCP, open-source LLMs)
• Guide development teams, mentor engineers, and manage technical risks across project lifecycle
• Contribute to thought leadership: blogs, whitepapers, presentations, and represent OpenTeams at conferences
• Actively participate in and contribute to open-source AI communities and projects
