About the role
- Contribute to the design and development of the OpenTAS 365 ISV solution using Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Azure services.
- Translate business and operational requirements into functional solution designs following Microsoft best practices.
- Conduct process analysis together with domain experts and define future target processes for terminal operations.
- Design solutions using standard Dynamics 365 Field Service and Power Platform capabilities.
- Support the creation of functional design documentation and solution architecture descriptions.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and QA teams during implementation.
- Participate in backlog refinement, solution validation, and feature discussions.
- Prepare and deliver customer presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations.
- Support internal teams with functional expertise during implementation and testing phases.
- Optionally support customer implementation projects and contribute to our service organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience working with Microsoft Power Platform or Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferably Field Service.
- Experience designing solutions for complex business processes.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Microsoft Entra ID, and Dataflows.
- Understanding of Power Platform architecture and solution design patterns.
- Knowledge of Azure components such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or API integrations is an advantage.
- Experience with Application Lifecycle Management concepts for Power Platform including solution layers and environments is beneficial.
- Interest in industrial operations, logistics, or energy infrastructure is beneficial.
- Strong command of both English and German (written and spoken).
